SOLUTION:
===========
How to Disable Active Desktop
Note: Not all versions of Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Internet Explorer
use the Active Desktop feature. The Active Desktop feature has been
discontinued, and as of July, 2003, is not included in the current versions
of Windows or Internet Explorer.
1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then
double-click Display.
2. To disable Active Desktop, click the Web tab, click to clear the View my
Active Desktop as a Web page check box, and then click OK.
Hope this helps ...... :)
