I am confused here. CAD is classic. In the meantime:

Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

In the right pane, double click Scrnsave.exe and replace it with the
screensaver of your choice following this format:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\logon.scr

Or you can download this script and just enter in the .scr name:

Change Logon Screensaver Automatically (Line 97)
