You can download SP1a from here. Download via a Broadband connection is
advisable.

also try here:

"Order the Windows Security Update CD"
http://www.microsoft.com/security/protect/cd/order.asp

Any other Updates not included on those can be manually downloaded via the
Windows Update Catalog link on the Windows Update page.
