Is it possible to burn updates straight to CD?

Due to many reasons, I do clean reformats at least 3
times a year. Have to use dial-up, as it is all that is
available in my area.

Would like to know if there is any way to download and
burn all updates straight to CDs?

I end up spending most of two days just re-downloading
all the updates. It would save me major time.
