program to verify avi file

One of my hds is going bad, it had a lot of avi files that I'm moving to
another harddrive. However I don't feel like watching the entire thing just
to verify that the files aren't corrupted in some sections. Is there a
program that can scan an avi file to see if it is a completely valid or not?
