IE Home Page

I use a dial up and recently used a LAN connection in a
hotel. Since then a 'blank' which icludes a search engine
keeps coming up everytime I start IE. I have changed the
home page using tools - Internet options, but it keeps
going back to that page. I have tried everything from
deleting cookies and all other Internet related files, but
nothing helps. Please help me out.
