Ok, this is getting out of hand ... please help!!!

Hello,
I received some great advice from you and currently have a frequently
updated anti virus software (PC-cillin) on my computer and also a physical
(hardware) firewall (Alpha Shield). Additionally, I regularly run Ad-aware
(always updated) and CWshredder. All is almost 100% good but I still get
porn popups on startup, many popups. Can someone pleeeeese help me with this
? Damn, since I upgraded from Win98 to WinXP, the amount of problems with
viruses, hackers, ads, popups have been severe.
