That's like asking how many molecules there should be in a piece of
toast. It depends on YOUR piece of toast.

Provide a list of the files. Then we'll suggest what ones can be
deleted. However, it is still up to you to know what applications may
be placing or using files in the root folder as obviously we won't know
your complete system setup regarding software.
