XP on Another HD?

I've not seen this ask before, is it possible to install XP on a different
hard drive? I'm asking because I want to wipe the main hd and do a clean
install. Do I need to use ME? Would I have to change the boot up to the
other hd? I have Evidence Eliminator and Partition Magic 8.Is this possible?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
