Windows XP continuously restarts after SP1 is installed

Try removing all of the unneeded perpherials, drives,
cards, etc from your system (along with excess memory) and
then booting up. If this works, try adding 1 back at a
time. You may have a piece of faulty/incompatible
hardware.
