Prior to upgrading you should have uninstalled any CD burning software you
had installed. You may well have had an older version of InCD and it didn't
survive the upgrade. Try removing InCD is you can through Add and Remove
Programs. Sometimes it is impossible to remove an app after you've upgraded
though. Another thing to try is to upgrade InCD. You can download it from
www.roxio.com . You should disable XP's built in recording software if you
install third party burning software.
Alex Nichol's has a great site on CD Burning with XP
http://www.aumha.org/a/xpcd.htm you should bookmark it.
