Boot with your Windows XP CD.. (This may require you to change your system
BIOS to boot from CD first..)
Follow the on-screen instructions.
When it asks you what partiton to install on, delete the partition
information.
Create a new partition..
Continue following the on-screen prompts...
Make sure you are NEVER connected to the Internet until you turn on your
firewall.
Then when connected to the Internet, visit here first:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
Scan for, Download and Install all Critical updates.
