Starting a couple of days ago my laptop started booting
up VERY slow. It gets to the screen that shows my
background and sits there reading the hard drive for most
of 2 minutes, then finishes. I tried system restore. That
doesn't seem to have any effect. I have done a virus
scan, it's ok. I have looked st the program that start up
during startup and I don't see anything out of the
ordinary. This seems to have been a very sudden thing. It
doesn't seem that the hard drive is bad ( i also did a
disk check). Any help would be appreciated.
