cannot remove program

I am running XP pro and have installed a program
call 'ULead Photo Explorer' and i can not remove it.

It does not come with an uninstall facility and
the 'remove program' button on the 'add/remove programs'
screen doesn't do anything.

I would apprieiate any help with this as it is driving me
crazy.
