I've answered you. I told you how to set a folder comment in XP. I warned you there is very little support for it. You choose to abuse me for answering your specific question. I can tell you a second way to do it but the results will be the worse, nothing will show it.
Don't use detail view and use infotips. You even said you saw it. So therefore I am right and you are wrong. I tell you right information and you abuse me. You don't like the answer. So f*ck off from here.
