Strange pop up.

I had somehow picked up a virus from a site. Norton's AV 2003 (latest
definitions) picked it up and quarentined it. But since then, I have this
odd pop up which comes up on boot up. Its a File Download window for an
unnamed application and I can't seem to stop it. If I click Cancel it goes
only to reappear next bootup. I run Ad Aware which cleaned off a load of
stuff, but its still there.

Although I'm running XP Pro SP1, I had a peek at Autoexec and Config.sys,
both are blank.

Any ideas?

Graham
