Just copy the outlook.pst file to a cd or floppy disk(or any backup media).
Then paste it into the correct folder on the other machine. The file is
located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\your user name here\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

This is a hidden folder so you have to have explorer set to show hidden
files. In explorer: tools, folder options, view tab, check: show hidden
files and folders.
