OK... let's see. I have windows xp on a dell computer.
It started out that my desktop would freeze and become
unresponsive, usually when i would recieve a serious of IE
pop ups. I could still use the programs that I already
had activated but would be unable to open new ones or close
open programs. I download spyware software but that did
not do the trick. I then proceeded to install windows
updates.... and I then got a blue screen error message when
I restarted my computer.... which said "W32K.sys" error
message.
I've run several virus scans "updated" and found
nothing. Any suggestions.... please help!
