You may need to do a "Clean" uninstall, since not every piece of the
old system is deleted normally. Try:
"C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe" /clean
Then try reinstalling 4.5. After that, you'll need to put in your
license code again and if you didn't export your settings, you'll need
to start from scratch.
