It's certainly an orphaned entry. Open Registry Editor and navigate to:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{2AE38A2D-371B-42F3-B803-9F6D669A411B}]

Delete {2AE38A2D-371B-42F3-B803-9F6D669A411B} key entirely.

It appears the program is removed but the entry just remains. Follow Will's
advice and in addition, run this program and post the log file here:

Hello, after uninstalling Morpheus from add/remove programs, it has left a
entry in the Taskbar menu "Toolbars" called "P2P Search" (nothing happens
when clicked on)
Can anyone point me to the registry key for the Toolbars  menus so I can
remove it?
