Try this:
Go to Start: Control Panel : Display. Once in display, go to the Desktop
tab. Then click on the Customize Desktop button. Go to the Web tab. It
should then show you the web page that is on your desktop. You can uncheck
and delete it from there. The web page is usually stored on your hard drive
at C:\WINDOWS\Web.
