browser hijack

i've tried deleting the registry values for the intruding
website but it keeps returning. there are three
mysterious entries in the add/remove programs window that
cannot be removed. it tells me that there is a problem
with the shortcut. All three entries refer to looking-
for.cc in the path. Ideas?
