If you burned direct to CD from NTBackup, then you *must* have been
using a 'packet writing' auxiliary like Direct CD or InCD. NTBackup
will not otherwise use a CD as output medium. So you will need to have
that same package installed before trying to read the disks (Explorer
can read *some* packet written disks, but by no means all)
