Yeah, i do want to start from scratch. i'm used to picking out putting my
own parts together and things work very well. but, this is the first time
i've had one of these boxes where i don't really know what's going on inside
and i'm uncertain haw they boot and stuff. the last comp i re-formatted was
from floppy, then to CD, then to hard drive. i was used to the bios, the
OS, and whatever else was involved.
I have the files i really want to keep on several CDs already. so,
basically, everything can go away, and i'll begin again.
Format C: seems good here, but i want to do it right. i want everything
gone...registry keys... ini... bootlogs... everything.
