fat32 disks crash alot more and data is lost.
NTFS is alot more stable!

Use NTFS without a second thought.
Its a newer and better disk format!

fat32 also has a 4gb limit, meaning you cant have one file bigger than 4 gb.
If you ever want to make a dvd that will be a problem.
