Explorer crashing and restarting will not be listed as an error, it will
only show an Information alert in Application (and nothing in System)
with the source as Winlogon. There will be no helpful details either,
all it will say is "The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was
restarted." Visiting the Help and Support link shown will provide
equally useless information.
