XP will not allow login

I found the image to create the CD, all you need to do is
to go to this website:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
and download (located at the bottom) the file cd040116.zip
extract it then double click on the *.img image, make sure
that the pc you use to do this has 1 a burner and sw to do
this i.e easy cd creater.
When you boot from this CD be carefull read all of the
instructions if you do not know the answer hit enter and
use the defaults this is what I did. You will be able to
change the password and get back into your system.

PS: there are bootdisk (diskettes) for IDE & SCSI as well
if you can not create the CD cd is better.
