Ramesh, Yes, I updated both of Ad-Aware & Spybot before I ran them for the first time. Niether of them found "ShopNav" or any of its components (using manual removal instructions, I never found any of its components either). But later I noticed Ad-Aware had some Registry entries affecting search websites in IE. I removed them and that seems to have solved the problem. Thank you for all of your help. It was very useful.
