Type in that full
expand x:\i386\lsass.ex_ C:\Windows\System32\lsass.exe
replacing x with your CD drive letter (which I don't know)
which is saying 'expand the compressed file lsass.ex_ from the i386
folder on the CD and put the decompressed file in C:\Windows\System32
calling it lsass.exe'
