Go to your Start button -- Run
and type msconfig
click the tab that says "Startup" and then uncheck the box next to the
filename that you do not want to start up. If you cannot find it, uncheck
one and when it reboots you will get a dialog telling you that your system
config is modified and you can go back in and check the one that was not
right and move the next most likely culprit.
Try again until you get the right one, when you do, simply check the box
that says something to the effect of don't show me this again and do not
reboot if it asks you to. The program will not restart until you restart it
(or if a third party tool started it in the first place, it may restart it
again)...
Get spybot and keep that crap off your machine for good :)
