XP Pro

Every time I start XP, two folders always launch via Windows Explorer.
I close them down each time but they always re-open at startup.

They are:

Program Files\Common and
Program Files\Norton

I checked the Registry for ,,,,,,,,,\Run and .....Startup
Also I checked all (I think) Startup folders

In addition, I tried MSconfig to no avail. (I may not perceive someone else's "obvious")

This started when I installed (yesterday) Norton Systemworks Pro 2004.

Where in the Registry could I inhibit these folders from opening?

TIA Dennis
