I believe I got the virus and I'm having a hard time
getting ahold of Microsoft. In the mean time, everyone
tells me to download a patch to fix it. Trouble is, my
computer WILL NOT BOOT UP. Is there anything I can do?
It will not boot in safe mode and it doesn't appear that I
have a boot disk, just the system restore disks from
emachines. I'm running Windows XP.
