What do you mean, by it has been hacked? I know what hacked means, but what
is your exact reference here?

Error Deleting File or Folder - Cannot delete (filename): Cannot find the
specified path. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
Workaround:
Right click the Recycle Bin/Properties/Check: Do Not Move Files to the
Recycle Bin...
