Such a long time that I wanted to get rid of this Spyware! - If it isn't
spyware, let Microsoft explain me why it's using sometimes 8% of my
processor (XP 3300+) without that I've ever used it, and without doing
anything on my computer.

It does not take much of the hard disk space. If you want to
