IRQ NOT CONFIGURED error

Hi all,
I have an error message on start-up, says IRQ NOT CONFIGURED - PCI Serial Bus Controller on Motherboard, Bus:00, Device:1D, Function 07.
I am able to hit F1 and finish booting up, computer acts normal after thant (although maybe slower to startup).
Running XP home on a Gateway M505.
I have no clue.
