I can not log off or shutdown

When I have tried to Log off there was no sense.

I've checked running processes and I saw stack.exe and
it was a strange one. I've tried to kill it but it begins immediately.
I think it is a service, I don't know.

If I be a quick and kill stack.exe and press Log off then XP logs off as well.

Another way to shut down XP is that disconnecting user(s).

I've installed AutoPatch with many features.
