I have somehow either enabled or disabled my active
desktop. I have a small picture on the bottom of my
desktop. When I right click on my desktop I don't see any
options to fix this. Please someone out there who has the
answer please help.

Re: 46" LCD for computer (Internet) use? ... you have to do this by either zooming the picture and chopping ... off the top and bottom, or using a stretch mode, which looks like crap to ... show that are 16:9 format in a 4:3 window, so it would have black bars at ... the top and bottom even on a 4;3 set. ...
