XPBoot Disk

Has anyone had trouble downloading the XP Boot Disks.
According to the microsoft instructions it takes 6
formated floppy disks. But each time I try to download the
program it tells me I don't have enough room and need to
use a different disk. I am using 2HD Maxell disks. Any
ideas?
