Here is something to try.

Device Manager, NIC, Roll-back driver, Reboot, Device Manager
Nic, Uninstall Driver, Shutdown, Remove Card, Registry - Remove
all Local Area Connections. Reboot- Right Click the .Inf file from the
latest driver package. Shutdown, re-install card, Reboot.
