I'm not sure why you would be seeing this behaviour so often, but there are
ways to get around it (I'm assuming you are referring to a "file is in use
etc." message). Open up a Command Prompt (Start > Run, "cmd"), then open
Task Manager. Using Task Manager, end the explorer.exe process (obviously
save all your work prior to doing this). Toggle back to Command and
navigate to the folder that contains the file you wish to delete, and run a
"del <filename>" command. Once the file is gone (if it's successful, you
will not receive feedback), toggle back to Task Manager and hit File > New
Process and type in "explorer.exe". You should be ready to go, and the file
should at this time be removed.
You may want to do a full scan with Spybot/Spyware Blaster/AdAware (with
latest definitions) to see if you have any malware on your machine; it
doesn't sound normal that you would experience this behaviour as often as
you suggest, but I may be wrong about that.
