damn that modems!!

My friend, maybe you should sit back and take a gander at
your logic. You have an OLD modem that doesn't work on a
NEW operating system so you will scrap the OS and save
the modem. Doesn't sound logical to me.

Maybe you should listen to "t_cruise" and toss the "damn"
modem. It's good advice. Think!
