damn that conexant modems!!i just posted a help request to microsoft about my conexant modem that doesnt work under xp and rubs the machine hard!but then i thought maybe i can get the answer in "windows xp general" section:but damn!anyone who has a problem has both xp and conexnat!ant both me and my friend whom i loaded xp to his computer had the same damned problem!"no dial-up voice","wrong driver",system shuts down!i tried everything suggested by everyone,from the producer,from microsoft...but never worked.now i am FORCED!! to use another windows version because that damned conexant modems work under other operating systems!i use winme and no problem with the modem.damn it!
