If u r using windows 2000 or win xp simply go into the administrative tools
menu and then Services and turn off MESSENGER Service. This will not stop
MSN messenger from working but it will stop stupid sites like that from
accessing your computer.

You might also consider using ZoneAlarm Firewall.
