error message that won't go away

Without warning a message appears; "620:qttask.exe-no
disk in drive. Insert disk in \drive\harddisk2\DR2 "
We are not wanting or needing to install a disk, so we
try to close the window or say continue, but you have to
click on this up to 10 times or more before the window
will close. Just a nuisance, but is there a fix?
