Ah thats very interesting, I altered mine to say that and the title bar
changes to say
'Microsoft Internet Explorer'. However, it isnt, its still Windows Explorer,
just with "Microsoft Internet Explorer" as a (misleading) title, and its
opened up folders from the desktop down.

Remove the /e, and click apply, and it wont say that any more.
