To Sarge,
Just noticed your problem with disk creep. You can run disk
cleanup weekly and delete all but the last system restore
point. Open My Computer, right click on the hard drive and
then the disk cleanup button just to the lower right of the
pie chart. Then besides deleting temp files, click the more
tab and select the restore point option to remove all the
extra restore points.

Also, you can open the system restore tab on system
properties (right click the My Computer icon and select
properties) and reduce the size of the amount of space
allocated to system restore. You can also reduce the size
of cache files and again as I say, run disk cleanup
regularly.
