I have come to your rescue. Install the free software listed onto a floppy
disk. It gives you an option to make a CD but I have found it not to work
properly. When you boot from the floppy and follow the instructions it
removes the password option before the recovery console. If you have any
problems with it post back here. Good luck.

PS I have used it a number of times with my customers and it works flawsley
if the instructions are followed accurately.

Unless of cure he's is an oem version then no password will work.

Type
recovery password
in Help while online. Do not post back and ask how to contact MS as it
clearly tells you how.
