XP Load problem

Thanks for the reply!
I had already went into the bios and changed the first
boot device from CDROM to Floppy and Hard drive as second
made no difference. I ran a norton scan of the Master Boot
Record thinking maybe a virus but that was not the case.
This is a real odd one it is almost like the boot record
is dammaged or it is only looking at the CD.
