You bought an OEM (Original Equpiment Manufacturer) Copy
of the software. It is meant to either be sold with a
computer or with a piece of hardware. Since it is sold at
a cheaper rate than regular retail software, there is no
free support included with it. If you want free technical
support you would need to have a retail copy of the
software. Check the disk. If it says For Distribution with
a New PC Or Component, you have an OEM copy and thus no
free technical support. Retail copies do not say this on
them.
