I removed my IE from my add and remove programs and then when I went to run set up with IE 6 it told me that set up has detected a newer version of IE already installed on my system and that set up cannot continue. How can this be when I have removed it from my control panel? Now I don't have no IE in my add and remove programs yet I still have IE. The reason I'm trying to re-install is that I cannot get Outlook Express. When I try to launch it, it tells me OE cannot be started because MSOE.Dll could not be found. OE may not be installed correctly. Please help, I'm desparately seeking for an answer to my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
